Shari Geissler CFO
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Shari has over 17 years of financial management experience in both construction and accounting industries. Since becoming majority owner of Repro Construction Services, LLC, Shari is responsible for all day-to-day financial decisions, human resources, office management, contracts and accounting. Shari’s deep background of accounting has propelled Repro Construction Services, LLC to the next level in Construction Management. She has a strong ability to work with clients, vendors and employees to ensure all projects run on schedule and on budget without delay.
Mark Geissler - President / CEO
Born in Massachusetts, Mark utilizes over 30 years of construction, development, and real estate experience throughout New England and Florida to drive growth and continue expanding Repro Construction Services’ market share for operational excellence. Mark’s outstanding leadership and team-building skills enhance the company’s operations in our continued drive for excellence in client service and quality work. Mark takes great pride in making a positive impact in the construction industry, exceeding client expectations as well as fostering a culture that makes Repro a truly exceptional place to work.
William Hayes - Chief Operating Officer
William has over 20 years’ experience in construction and project management. William is a 2003 graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in construction management. As COO, he oversees the daily management, coordination, and successful implementation throughout all phases of the project. He is responsible for ensuring we meet cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and bidding. William has an exceptional ability to foster client relationships as well as complete projects on time and on budget.
Chris Casteris - Project Executive
Chris has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Chris is a graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology where he received a degree in Construction Management. Receiving both CSL and HIC licenses, Chris has extensive knowledge he brings to the team. Chris is a highly trained project superintendent that oversees the day-to-day operations of every job he is assigned. He has a unique way of managing all of our subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction while also following quality safety and security standards.
Gleison Cavalante - Project Executive
With over 15 years of expertise in construction management, Gleison joins us as an Executive Project Manager specializing in end-to-end project delivery across a range of complexities and scales. Certified in OSHA 510 and OSHA 30, he provides a deep understanding of industry regulations and standards to every project. Chris effectively guides the team through managing risks, budgets, and timelines for optimal outcomes. As an exceptional communicator with a focus on stakeholder engagement, his approach fosters strong relationships and ensures projects are executed in alignment with client goals and expectations. Committed to his continuous professional development, Gleison’s robust skill set is complemented by multiple industry certifications, reinforcing my capacity to manage complex construction projects effectively.
Dan Pedersen - Project Executive
Dan is a highly trained Project Superintendent, dedicated to working in the construction industry since 1997. He monitors project performance metrics and provides strategic guidance to our Project Managers. Dan’s ability to successfully manage our subcontractors ensures we are complying with quality standards and monitoring the safety and security of our staff onsite. Dan has a crucial role in the execution and successful completion of all our projects through each phase.
Stefanie Fullerton – Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator and Director of Internal Operations, Stefanie is responsible for managing and optimizing the internal processes and workflows of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity and a seamless operation for our clients and employees. With a Bachelor’s degree from Union College and OSHA Safety Training, Stefanie provides ongoing support and training to the team to enhance operational proficiency. Since joining Repro, she has focused on expanding our partnership with existing clients, subcontractors, city officials, and community stakeholders while continuing to build new relationships.
